Citizen Help Desk


The Citizen Help Desk has been created by the Government of Meghalaya to assist citizens in quickly and easily reporting a problem, requesting a service, asking a question or filing a complaint.

Very often, citizens may want to avail of a scheme or service that the government is providing, but do not know where to look for relevant information or are unaware of how to apply for the same. Citizens can now walk into the Citizen Help Desk at the MICS office, which is specifically equipped to address all concerns related to the services offered by the government of Meghalaya in a timely and effective manner.
