What is the MII project about?

We take citizen feedbackWe disseminate information on government related schemes, polices and welfare activities to the citizens.We assist citizens in quickly and easily reporting a problem, requesting a service, asking a question or filing a complaint.

What kind of feedback a citizen can give?

Any feedback related to any government department or scheme. This may be non-implementation of a scheme properly, perpetual neglect of a citizen facility like a school building, Health facility or any suggestions for larger benefits of the community.

Do the Citizens have to pay for any of the Services rendered?

No payment is required; all services by Mii are free of charge.

What kind of forms are available?

Forms of all Government departments and services being offered are available at the Mii Help Desk.

What are the different ways of giving feedback?

Citizens can send a written request at any DIPR office, access the online Grievance website (http://megpgrams.gov.in/), call our Toll-Free Helpline, by sending an email (miimeghalaya@gmail.com).
